Pay
Invoiced weekly
Invoices processed NET-30 upon task completion documentation.
No tax withheld
You are responsible for your own taxes.
1099-NEC
Issued annually when required.
No wage floor
No minimum volume and no hourly wage - profit-and-loss is yours.
Requirements
- Valid business license where required
- Own equipment and transportation
- W-9 on file before your first paid job
- Willingness to authorize screening when asked (see FAQ on background checks)
- Sign the weekly Independent Contractor Agreement for weeks you work
