ServiceBookr (“ServiceBookr,” “we,” “us”) explains how we handle personal information collected on this static marketing and lead-capture site.

What we collect

Appointment requests: name, phone, email, ZIP, requested date/time, problem description, and service category (via subject line).
Provider interest: name, phone, email, ZIP, state, experience, entity type, selected services, and free-text notes.
Technical: standard server logs on hosts that serve these files (IP, user agent, timestamps) - if enabled by the host. This site itself ships no analytics JavaScript.

How we use it

We use submitted information to:

Route customer requests to independent providers
Follow up on provider applications (W-9, ICA, screening authorization)
Respond to support calls and emails
Improve operations and comply with law

We share request details with the independent provider who accept your appointment. We do not sell personal information. Processors (email, Freshdesk, hosting) receive data only to provide their services.

Retention

We keep tickets and related records as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or archive per internal policy.

Your choices

Contact us to update or correct information you submitted, or to ask about deletion where applicable law requires it. Provider screening, when used, requires separate authorization.
